  SECTION 3 — AFTER A SESSION

Situations that previously triggered stress or reaction often feel neutral or easier to manage.

Further sessions are scheduled based on priority and readiness within the framework.

This process is suitable for individuals seeking structured, pattern-based change without reliving events or emotional intensity.

No prior experience is required. 


This work is not appropriate for crisis intervention, emergency mental health situations, or urgent medical needs.
In those cases, appropriate clinical support should be sought.
